How to Use the Insta-Fix System (Adhesive + Filler) 

 

The Insta-Fix System consists of two bottles: 

 

Adhesive – A high-strength, fast-acting glue. 

Filler – A powder used to reinforce gaps, cracks, or broken areas. 

 

This system is great for repairing broken parts, filling gaps, and strengthening bonds in materials such as plastic, metal, wood, and ceramics. 

 

Step-by-Step Guide 

 

1. Surface Preparation 

Ensure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or oil. 

If the surface is smooth, lightly sand it to improve adhesion. 

 

2. Using the Insta-Fix System for Bonding 

Apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces. 

Press the two surfaces together immediately and hold for a few seconds. 

Let it set for a strong, instant bond. 

 

3. Using the Filler for Gaps, Cracks, or Strengthening 

For cracks or missing material: 

Fill the gap or hole with the filler powder. 

Apply the adhesive directly over the filler. 

The adhesive will instantly harden the filler, forming a rock-solid repair. 

For reinforcing weak areas: 

Sprinkle the filler where additional strength is needed. 

Drip the adhesive over it. 

The combination will create a super-strong bond. 

 

4. Finishing 

After curing (usually within seconds), you can: 

Sand, drill, or paint the repaired area if needed. 

Wipe away excess adhesive before it fully sets.
